Waiters
The "Waiters" series started with a vector set of characters "waiting" (for something). I enjoyed depicting the introspective mood for characters within a social setting.
Coasters
This series originated in a beer hall in Prague in the summer of 2004. These are abandoned "Tic-Tack-Toe" games printed on beer coasters. I created a series of characters in an "unknown collaboration" with previous patrons who had played the TTT games, made notes or doodled on these coaster surfaces. The illustration constraint/idea was to take what was already on the coaster and conjure an appropriate character out of it. Later, these were scanned in and colored in Photoshop. Enjoy! P.S. Notice the X and red beer company logo in each image.
People I think I Know
"People I Think I Know" is a long standing illustration project/collection for me. PITIK images are usually portraits of fictitious characters during a moment in their day. The are snapshots of lost stories of love, pain and regret.

Over the years, while living and working in Raleigh, I participated in the City of Raleigh's Art of the Move Project. Here a few of the winners and losers!
BlackWhite Studies
This black and white ink series are studies inspired by the self-contained logic and beauty of the aquatic world. I used the nature of the medium and how it experimented with the various evaporation processes that seem to mimic aquaculture.
